This course is designed for Safety Committee Members / Safety Representatives. Participants will learn the responsibilities of a Health & Safety Committee and how their committee should function in order to be in compliance with Provincial and/or Federal legislation. Participants will also be provided with tools and information to assist in making their committees effective. The course covers Due Diligence, Legislation, Roles and Responsibilities, Terms of Reference, Communication Skills, Accident Investigation and Workplace Inspections. Participant Handbook, Wall Certificate and Laminated Wallet Certificate is included in the price.
